When will my order be dispatched?
At TailorBakes we freshly bake each order with love on dispatch day and our orders are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. We freshly bake and dispatch orders daily.
ORDERS PLACED BY 2PM GMT WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT WORKING DAY!
Orders are freshly baked Monday to Friday and Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on the next business day.
All orders are fully tracked and need to be signed for. A ONE hour delivery timeslot will be given on the day of delivery.
We do not include any prices with any orders.
Nominated Delivery Date – £4.99
When purchasing your product you are able to select a specified weekday delivery date, free of charge. Orders can be placed weeks or even months in advance and we will ensure the order is freshly baked and delivered on your selected date.
Simply enter the date you require in the following format DD/MM/YYYY and select the standard delivery option (1-3 working days).
We will then have your order delivered on or the day before your requested nominated date. This service is available Monday to Friday only.
Please note your order may arrive the day before your nominated date.
Next Day Delivery – £4.99
Orders placed by 2PM GMT will be freshly baked and dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.
As we do not charge extra for Next Day Delivery select the standard delivery option (1-3 working days) and your order will be delivered next working day
Saturday Delivery – £6.99
We are pleased to be able to offer a Saturday delivery service. If you would like a Saturday delivery please select this option.
ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED BY 2PM GMT ON FRIDAY
Although we have this option available and 99% of our orders are delivered as requested, this service is not guaranteed. We will try our best to dispatch you orders prior to the required date or on the day requested, but we do not guarantee delivery on these days if there is a delay with our courier. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds if there is a delay with the courier.
Let your lucky recipient know they have a gift on its way, and share the tracking information to avoid a failed delivery.
If inaccurate information is provided, it may lead to a delay in processing your order, until we receive the requested information from yourself. If this situation arises, we will contact you immediately via phone call, text or email.
