When will my order be shipped?

We freshly bake and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible within 1-2 working days . All TailorBakes are baked fresh on dispatch day and delivered within 24 hours. All orders are fully tracked and you will receive a tracking email, this on occasions can appear in your junk folder.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in England, Wales, and Scotland.

Do you bake fresh daily and what are the storage conditions?

We bake fresh daily. All orders are baked on the day of dispatch and packaged within 2 hours of transit. This ensures all products remain fresh. Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We reccomend all products are consumed within 3 days of delivery, however be assured our products last 7 days.

Will my order include a invoice as it is a gift?

All TailorBake parcels will NOT include any invoices. All invoices are electronic.

Are TailorBakes Halal/Vegetarian/Vegan?

All TailorBakes are Halal and suitable for vegetarian. We now have a vegan cookie collection.

I need to amend my order?

To amend your order please contact us within 72hours before your order is due to be delivered.

Can I arrange my TailorBakes to arrive on a particular day?

You can enter a nominated delivery date at checkout. This is a free service. Although we have the option available and 97-99% of our order are delivered as requested this service is not guaranteed. We will try our best to dispatch all order prior to the required date or on the day requested, but we do not guarantee delivery on these days.

My delivery is incomplete or not what I ordered?

Firstly we apologise! Please raise the issue using contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Supply all the information and our Customer Care Team will contact you.

I have placed an order what should happen next?

You will receive a automatic confirmation of your order within two hours. Our team will bake your order fresh on the day of dispatch and a tracking email will be sent to you.

I have not received a confirmation email?

Confirmations are sent automatically and can on occasions appear in your junk folder. Please check all inboxes prior to contacting us on [email protected]. Our reply may also appear in your junk folder.

Does the courier Guarantee “NEXT DAY Delivery”?

Unfortunately no courier company can guarantee 100% next day delivery, but our couriers, as a business, currently have a 96-99.97% success rate. All deliveries are tracked and a card will be left on a failed delivery. Unfortunately, with all the measures we have put in place we are unable to refund late items.
