At TailorBakes, every order is freshly baked with care on the day of dispatch. Orders are baked and dispatched Monday to Friday, and are typically delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
– Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are baked and dispatched on the next working day
– Orders are fully tracked and deliveries may require a signature or may be left in a safe place
– A one-hour delivery time slot is provided on the day of delivery
– We do not include prices or invoices in any parcels
When placing your order, you may enter a weekday nominated delivery date at no extra charge.
– Orders can be placed weeks or months in advance
– Your order will be freshly baked and dispatched for your selected date
– Enter your date in DD/MM/YYYY format.
– Select Standard UK Tracked Delivery (1–3 Working Days)
Please note: Your order may arrive on your nominated date or the working day before. This service is available Monday to Friday only.

Saturday delivery → select Saturday Delivery
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, are baked and dispatched on Monday and delivered the next working day.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are freshly baked, dispatched the same day, and delivered the next working day.
For Next Day Delivery select the Next day delivery option and your order will be delivered next working day
99% of our orders are delivered on time the next working day , however on rare occasions there can be delays e.g. vehicle breakdown. For this reason no courier company can guarantee next day delivery.
We offer a Saturday delivery service.

Although we have this option available and 99% of our orders are delivered as requested, this service is not guaranteed. We will try our best to dispatch you orders prior to the required date or on the day requested, but we do not guarantee delivery on these days if there is a delay with our courier. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds if there is a delay with the courier.
Let your lucky recipient know they have a gift on its way, and share the tracking information to avoid a failed delivery.
If inaccurate information is provided, it may lead to a delay in processing your order or your order failing delivery, until we receive the requested information from yourself. If this situation arises, please contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is correct.
